Garden Lab in Albania

University of Elbasan started the construction of the Garden Lab in March 2023. They had an agreement with the Municipality of Elbasan to lend us a plot for the Garden, but as they had a free plot at the premises of our Experimental Laboratory, they decided to go ahead and building our Garden Lab in their premises.

They built a greenhouse with an area of ​​about 100m2, and after completing the first training on growing and planting vegetables, the students of the University of Elbasan, selected from the students belonging to the needy groups, planted the greenhouse with seasonal vegetables: tomatoes, peppers, cucumbers, eggplants, etc. since these are the most used vegetables by Albanian families over the years.
