Seminar on sustainable agriculture and consumption, Spain
A seminar on sustainable agriculture and consumption was held from January 30th to February 3rd, 2023, in Salceda de Caselas, Spain. The event included presentations and talks on topics such as regenerative and organic agriculture, patterns of food consumption and their impact, medicinal plants, and animal traction in horticulture. There were also visits to local markets, bakeries, and a vocational training center. To conclude the seminar, a cooking workshop using local and organic products was held, along with a food tasting featuring products from collaborating countries.
