Training courses WS1 were offered to educational technicians, consisting of three modules covering different topics. In Module I on October 22, the analysis of food production was discussed, including how food is produced and its associated environmental impacts. In Module II on October 29, good practices in organic farming and community gardens were addressed. In Module III on November 5, the circular economy applied to food production and supply was explored, including the redesign of food production methods, the reevaluation of supply chains, and regenerative production systems
