The kick-off meeting held in Salceda De Caselas, Galicia (Spain) on the 2nd and 3rd June 2022 included presentations on the aims of the FOODLAB project, youth workers’ training on food sustainability, organic gardening, presentation of the communication plan and financial management of the project. Participants also discussed on the distribution of tasks for each of the Work Packages. The meeting concluded with a field visit to an agricultural exploitation and a discussion on the sustainability of the project, as well as an evaluation of this first meeting.
